Wine & Cheese Pairing – Art Gallery of Ballarat

On the 14th October we held a wine and cheese pairing event attended by Members and Friends.

Cristina Giovannini, one of our language teachers, delivered a presentation on King Frederick of Sicily which was very informative.

Thank you to Lou and Meg Campana for providing an educational snap shot of how the cheese could be used in every day cooking or the best wine to pair it with.  They also told us which region of Italy the cheese came from and how best to enjoy it. Grazie Mille
