Our annual Pasta and Passata day was another success as part of the City of Ballarat’s Harmony Festival.  Guests enjoyed, with the direction of Donato, making pasta and a bit of fun squashing up the tomatoes for the passata.  At the conclusion of the morning everyone got to sit and enjoy the fruits of their labour.
