PRICING

All prices on The Ballarat Italian Association website (www.ballaratitalianassociation.org) are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST.

 

SHIPPING

Event Ticket Sales:

Tickets to events held by The Ballarat Italian Association will be delivered via Email, please ensure you enter the email address where you would like to receive your tickets during registration.

Domestic Shipping:
Your purchase will be actioned and processed within 24 business hours. In most cases, if you place your order before 11am (Mon-Fri) the order will be dispatched the very same day. During holidays and sale periods, this may extend to 24-48 hours.

Please be aware that during heavy discount sales using codes orders will be actioned in the order they are received and could therefore take up to 3 days to be processed, even with express shipping. This is due to the very large amount of sales we receive and our strict quality control processes. Please email us if you have an urgent order during these times.

We use Australia Post for all our deliveries and charge $8.95 for express shipping Australia wide. Please note we can not be held responsible if the address provided for delivery is not safe and secure. We strongly suggest you opt for Signature on Delivery which is $13.95.

Upon shipment, customers will be notified via sms with their tracking number.

It is imperative that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct delivery address as The Ballarat Italian Association are unable to take responsibility if you do not receive your order due to providing us with an incorrect mailing address or an address that is not safe and secure.

International Shipping:
We offer International shipping (with tracking) worldwide through Australia Post. International shipping is a flat rate of $24.00 per order.

Your purchase will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note international delivery times from Australia can vary depending on destination country. Please allow 3-12 business days to receive your international order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Refund of Tickets

If you are unable to attend a function or event, the Ballarat Italian Association requires 7- days’ notice prior to the event taking place in order to qualify for a refund on the tickets purchased.  Once notification has been received, and the tickets cancelled, or returned, the Treasurer will arrange an EFT refund to your bank account at the face value of the tickets.
