Cuciniamo Insieme

During 2025 Donato and his students cooked up a storm.  The menu at the classes held covered Gnocchi served with pumpkin, sage and pecorino, Arancini Siciliani Piselli e ragu di maiale e mozzarella and Arancini pomodoro e mozzarella.  For dulci the class produced Zeppole di San Giuseppe and Cannoli Siciliani with pistacchio and orange.  These classes are always fun and everyone who attends learns a lot from Donato.  At the end of class all students get to sit down together and enjoy the fruits of their labour.
